It's places like Bent Wrench that make me wish I could give 100/5 stars. Simply the best. They do great work, and if anything under-charge for the work they do. Reading other people's reviews, I had high expectations for the folks here. Still, I'm a dummy when it comes to cars so I tend to get a little uncomfortable and weary. From the get-go, Jamie at BW put me at ease. I'm a nobody to him, but I felt like I was taking my car to a trusted friend. That feeling kept up through the whole process. The lady at the front desk, the mechanics, everyone was just so great to me. Service was fast and couldn't have been priced better. It may sound silly but I've always dreamed of having a trusted local auto shop, and now I have one. Trust them with your vehicle, and they'll be yours too.

Nice NEW LOCATION in Cardinal! Scenic drive along the waterfront to get to Bent Wrench, located not too far from the water tower, right by Cardinal Canal - beside the "Welcome to Cardinal" sign at the railway crossing intersection. The shop is clean and looks good, with a comfortable lounge to sit while waiting for your repair. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and tells you straight about what needs to be addressed. He is trustworthy and gets the job done. Come down to Cardinal to Bent Wrench or make a call and ask for Jamie.

I must say I am very happy with the service at the Bent Wrench garage. I needed new snow tires, winter rims and an alignment. Jamie recommended a set of snow tires that matched my winter driving habits, no one has ever done that before. The work only took a couple hours. I had the car up to 130 kph on the 416 and it drove dead straight and there were no vibrations. I definitely recommend theses guys.
